I have been attending the Thursday gathering since January 2010, and have found DGC to be a very generous and welcoming group of players. I missed June-November due to work, but back now. May I please be included in any general emails to regular attendees? A regular member mentioned tonight that an email might go out letting people know of an earlier meet time during pre-Christmas week. So, if there is such an email list, I would like to be included in it~ as I do consider myself a member, at least theoretically, LOL.

Admin reply: We used to be in north Dallas at the Barnes and Noble @ Preston & Beltline. But that store was closed so we moved a little bit north to the Borders @ Preston & Park. It is not far away from the previous location.

E-mail: Contact 		I am a mentor for the American Go Foundation, and I was asked to help Marianne Follis, a librarian in Irving, Texas, who had requested assistance in starting up a go program at the library. She said there had been a couple of students at University of Texas in Dallas who were planning to help her, but that they had moved out of Dallas, so I'm wondering if there might be some other go players in the area who might be able to help me help her.

She has recently received some go supplies from the AGF, but what she really would need would be one or two individuals who are familiar with the game and would be willing to help out a little. I can provide some assistance from afar, but she needs some local help too.

Please let me know if you can help.

E-mail: Contact 		I've been playing Go on and off for a few years, and I'm trying to get back into it. I've played online Go on KGS a lot in the past, and i ranged between 14-16 kyu ranked. I don't know how good I still am though; I'm probably a little rusty.
Can someone email me with the details so I can maybe come to play with you guys in a week or two? I'm seventeen. Are there any other high schoolers who play with you?

I went to Go club today for the last time before I move to Austin. My job process went so fast that I have to move on coming Sunday.
